John Lilburne's journal about end of holidays, chainsawing and Archbishop Hickey on liturgy.

About John Lilburne

It has been an interesting three weeks holiday. I think it has been good to have the time to follow what has been happening with the terrorist attacks. I am finding it hard to get back into study mode and have been spending a lot of time on the internet.

I used the chainsaw this afternoon to cut down some pine trees on the far hillside and did some more burning off.

The Bulletin magazine arrived today and I thought Max Walsh had a good article, writing about the Dow Jones Industrial index fall being the biggest since the fall of France in World War II.

I don't seem to have much to write about liturgy recently, so I will add a link about what Archbishop Hickey is saying in Perth. There is nothing too dramatic, but I think its good that he is saying something about it.
