Before I started this journal the main one I was aware of was Mandy's on www.mandycam.tv. A few weeks ago I found www.livejournal.com and was amazed by how many online journals there were.
I have spent a lot of today worrying about the author of one of them. Comments can be added to what they write. I guess it changes the nature of community and gives insights into how people are feeling. Here is an example of "bobbyboy" responding to Katie. I think it means significant changes in how communities operate. It also presents challenges for me about how not to be "just another live journal".
