I have been watching carefully for the publication of the Third Edition of the Roman Missal for over a year now, and I think I would know if it had been published. Perhaps the Pope is simply referring to the publication of Institutio Generalis last year. It is worrying to think that he may believe the Third Edition has been published.
There was a lot of rain this morning and its raining again.
